Some key training initiatives we have delivered in the manufacturing industry include designing and developing a training program for a Mexican manufacturing division, creating eLearning courses for production workers, supervisors, and engineers, and delivering workshops on project management, time management, and presentation skills. We have also developed a manufacturing leadership program to enhance leadership and communication skills, generate changes to corporate culture, review and revise processes, and create a more cohesive corporate team.

In addition, we have provided technical training in areas such as Microsoft Office, delivering upgrade training to over 200 employees. • Conducted a training needs analysis of the training division in Nogales, MX. Identified immediate areas of improvement and suggestions for a 3 to 5-year training plan.
• Created custom eLearning development for production workers, supervisors, and engineers to learn proprietary software.

• Time Management, meeting facilitation & other soft skills training for engineers
• Developed and delivered a train-the-trainer for manufacturing subject matter experts
• Developed and delivered a manufacturing leadership program designed to enhance leadership and communication skills, generate some changes to corporate culture, review and revise processes, and create a more cohesive corporate team
• Developed & delivered corporate presentation training for staff involved with new employee orientation. This workshop allowed students to create a clear, concise message for new employees, develop PowerPoint visuals to enhance their message, and learn techniques that increased their effectiveness in presenting the information.
